The site and application are hosted by Vercel Inc., and the data by Supabase, in infrastructure located in the European Union.

Pot payments are processed by Stripe. Konfeti never collects or stores any bank details: they're entered directly with Stripe, which pays out the funds to the event's host.

The text, illustrations, mascot and graphic elements of Konfeti belong to BelgaCai, unless stated otherwise. Any reproduction without authorization is prohibited.

Konfeti provides a service for organizing events between individuals. Content published by hosts and guests (text, photos, messages) is their sole responsibility. Konfeti reserves the right to remove any clearly unlawful content reported to it.
